The Carbon Express Terminator Lite carbon arrows by Eastman have been alleged to cause serious injuries. The claims stem from the use of the arrows, which splinter and break as they are being fired from the bow. In some of the cases, the arrows have splintered and punctured the hands of the bow users. Lawsuits have resulted claiming defective product manufacturing and seek injury damages.
