Reports indicate that Michael Strunk ran his 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee through a red light at the intersection of U.S. 127 and U.S. 68 in Harrodsburg, Kentucky and struck a 2000 Dodge Neon driven by Jose Fernando Navarro Menza, who died as a result of his injuries from the car crash.
